羅宋湯（西里爾字母為борщ，英文borsch）是一種暖心的菜湯，通常用甜菜根作主料，顏色鮮紅（不過也有綠色和白色的羅宋湯），幾百年來一直是烏克蘭人廚房的主食。對許多烏克蘭人來說，俄國將烏克蘭這道典型的傳統主食當成是自己的湯品。
