羅宋湯(西里爾字母為борщ,英文borsch)是一種暖心的菜湯,通常用甜菜根作主料,顏色鮮紅(不過也有綠色和白色的羅宋湯),幾百年來一直是烏克蘭人廚房的主食。對許多烏克蘭人來說,俄國將烏克蘭這道典型的傳統主食當成是自己的湯品。
