經查證,蝦仁這類海鮮所含的是「有機砷」,無毒性,所謂的砒霜是「無機砷」與維他命結合的產物;另,苦瓜中的草酸和鈣質結合後形成草酸鈣,會隨糞便排出體外,並不會產生結石。
