只要沒有聞到或嚐到自來水中的氯味，就不需要擔心水中的餘氯，即便有一些餘氯，蒸煮的過程中也會分解成氯離子、氯酸跟和氧氣，前面這兩者不會蒸發，氧氣不會影響健康。
