只要沒有聞到或嚐到自來水中的氯味,就不需要擔心水中的餘氯,即便有一些餘氯,蒸煮的過程中也會分解成氯離子、氯酸跟和氧氣,前面這兩者不會蒸發,氧氣不會影響健康。
