《道路交通管理處罰條例》43條第1項第1款「在道路上蛇行，或以其他危險方式駕車」，觸法者可處以6千元以上，2萬4千元以下的罰鍰，並當場禁止其駕駛。以繩索拉行拋錨機車的方式同樣也是違法的。
