農委會公告文件載明：乙型受體素是禁止國內製造、調劑、輸入、輸出、販賣或陳列，牛及豬於國外使用萊克多巴胺，不在規範之列。而萊豬可輸台並不等於全部毒豬肉進來，劑量決定毒性，指稱全世界的毒豬含有陰謀論的推測在。

衛福部長陳時中表示 「乙型受體素是禁止國內製造、調劑、輸入、輸出、販賣或陳列，牛及豬於國外使用萊克多巴胺，不在規範之列。」農委會9月就已經將文字公告近2個月，也開過好幾次會，亦送到立法院審議。
