客委會主委楊長鎮表示，目前狀況都已經排除，重新開放民眾登錄。他解釋，當初選擇使用Line官方群組作為登錄介面，是考量到長輩群族可能比較不會使用App，但Line官方系統設計1秒若湧進1700人就會啟動保護機制，目前新的登錄方式目前已經開放。
