此並非學校課程，《牛牛這一家》是2012年美國肉類出口協會所發行的繪本。當年台灣開放進口瘦肉精牛肉，引發社會爭論，該協會為了讓台灣肉品進口商業者、通路業務、運銷商業者，能夠通俗理解萊克多巴胺的相關知識，發行此繪本。此繪本僅發行初版，總計500本。
該書在初版之後就絕版，並無再發行。
