網傳「以陳時中指揮官名義發布之疫情訊息」是假消息。請民眾勿再轉傳與散布。疫情相關資訊請以指揮中心對外公布訊息為主，切勿隨意散播、轉傳，以免觸犯「嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎防治及紓困振興特別條例」第14條，最高可罰3年以下有期徒刑、拘役或台幣300萬元罰金。
