蔡總統委任律師連元龍、張日昌 2021/1/20 透過聲明指出，台灣高等法院判決並未對蔡總統的博士論文是否存在，進行實體認定，僅是以原審台北地方法院不經言詞辯論即判決駁回彭文正之訴，有未行闡明權的程序瑕疵，因此發回台北地方法院重新闡明及審理，簡要判決理由，台灣高等法院已於今天發布新聞稿。
