這是一篇查證文章，正確資訊：舊式國民身分證在民國96年停用，當然無法用舊式身分證領取選舉票，一定要用新式國民身分證！但只要持94年12月21日起換發之新式國民身分證，就算戶籍地址是改制前的舊縣市名稱，仍可領取選舉票，不用再跟戶政事務所申請換發。
