國發會2021年5月27日於行政院院會報告新一波紓困方案，包括個人紓困（生活補貼或救濟金）與產業支持措施（營運資金與薪資補貼）。根據國發會規劃，此次紓困貸款，企業部分包含中小企業信保基金承作紓困貸款、加碼1,000億元的央行中小企業貸款，以及針對觀光產業、航空業、大型藝文業與農業推動紓困貸款。另外，在個人紓困部分，將規劃繼續推動前次推出的勞工紓困貸款，每人額度最高10萬元。
