美國媒體有報導喔，美國CDC會定期公布施打新冠疫苗的追蹤報告，其中包含施打數量、出現不良事件的案例、後續追蹤與建議。美國媒體也有接種疫苗後產生不適或死亡的報導。
目前國際上是認為，對疫苗成分過敏的人，不建議接種新冠疫苗。由於新冠疫苗需要施打兩劑，所以如果施打第一劑時有嚴重的過敏反應，就不建議施打第二劑。抑或，健康狀況不佳的人可等到症狀舒緩時再接種疫苗。
