(新增中油、台塑說法)環保署今天正式公告，從今年9月1日起調整汽機車隨油徵收的空污費，移動污染源將從現有含硫量，每公升汽、柴油空污費分別提高0.1及0.2元，提高後，汽油改為徵收0.3元、柴油徵收0.4元。 環保署空保處長蔡鴻德說，此次調漲移動污染源的空污費，是為了實際反映汽油及柴油車排放細懸浮微粒PM2.5排放量，以落實「污染者付費精神」，所徵收的經費將專用於改善柴油車及汽油車污染排放，達到空氣
