蔡雅瀅律師表示，大巨蛋「商業大於體育」違反都市計畫，一直是相關訴訟重要的爭點，而根據所取得的相關資料，發現連遠雄原始投標資料也都違反都市計畫土地使用分區管制，結果最後這樣的案子竟然還能夠得標，真的很讓人匪夷所思。
