無痛大腸鏡檢查是由靜脈給予短效的鎮靜及麻醉止痛藥物，在大腸直腸外科醫師施行大腸鏡檢查過程中減少病患焦慮、不安與疼楚。而麻醉與任何醫療手術本來就有一定風險，大家可以自行參酌。
