中央氣象局指出，2017/12/04、08各有一波東北季風南下，兩波冷空氣強度接近大陸冷氣團，迎風面的北部、東半部整周降雨機率較高，且整天氣溫都比較低，北部最低溫下探14℃，中南部天氣穩定不易下雨，但日夜溫差大，請民眾適時調整穿著。
9號降雨趨緩，10號轉乾，僅北部、東半部有局部雨，其他地區陸續恢復多雲到晴，不過氣溫回升幅度有限。

這波冷氣團持續影響，今天清晨低溫發生在新竹13.3℃，再度刷新入冬以來平地紀錄。

中央氣象局預報員張承傳指出，隨著冷空氣持續南下，今北台灣高溫僅15、16℃、中部18至19℃，南部及花東稍高，20至21℃。

要注意的是，今晚到明晨間，是大陸冷氣團威力最強的時候，北部氣溫探底至13℃，甚至不排除更冷；搭配充沛水氣，體感溫度更低，記得做好保暖。
