位於本市楠梓區常興街、常德路口面積近5公頃的楠梓苗圃，園內栽植各式花卉、灌木，每年約可繁殖25萬株以上苗木，以提供本市綠化工程、各機關學校及團體申請環境綠美化、所需花苗。此外，在每周一至周五上午8:30~11:30 、下午14:00~17:00（聯絡電話：07-3550524），並免費開放讓民眾自由參觀外，還提供高雄市的幼稚園及中、小學戶外教學之用，有興趣的學校只要向本府養工處提出申請，苗圃即提供
