網傳「致命高端？彰化一22歲大學生接種完...」的影片，經查證，該影片來自微博，上傳影片帳號為「大愚公社社員」，目前已遭微博官方停權；另外影片至少在 2021 年 8 月17 日就在網路上流傳，但高端疫苗是 8 月 23 日才開打；影片中也可以看到地上及櫃檯的簡體中文字樣，可知事件發生地點並非在台灣
