1. 3月15日，阿根廷總統宣布對「非居民」關閉邊境15天，學校停課至3月31日，關閉國家公園，60歲以上的公民不必上班、必須待在家中。且所有非必要的公共活動及集會必須暫停，足球賽事僅能以關閉球場、無任何觀眾的直播方式舉行。
