食藥署近年與健保署合作，強化藥品療效不等通報機制，並主動運用臨床資料，針對amlodipine、simvastatin、atorvastatin、rosuvastatin、doxazosin等成分，進行原廠藥與學名藥療效相等性分析，並未發現原廠藥與學名藥有顯著差異情形。
