僑委會為了鼓勵僑胞回國觀光，促進海內外商機，僑委會自2017年雙十國慶期間首度發行僑胞卡，僑胞持僑胞卡可在海內外各特約商店消費，及國內醫療機構自費健檢，享有相關優惠或醫療機構之專案價。
