如果不服裁決內容（非不服舉發事實），
必須在收到違反道路交通管理事件裁決書之後的三十天不會因為國定或例行假日改變期間（不變期間）之內，
以原本處罰（處分）的機關（交通裁決單位）為被告，向管轄的地方法院行政訴訟庭提起撤銷訴訟（由敗訴的當事人負擔裁判費三百元）。
