於俄國總統府官網無法查得普丁有在真理報發表文章或演說此一片段的紀錄(至少在2000年之後沒有)，而多數文章轉貼來源皆指向中國部落格(最早出現約於2013年)，因此暫判定為虛假杜撰文章。看看就好。
