“進口蛋散裝流入市場…桃市查蛋 「農業部」說法破功”論述帶有陰謀論及滑坡謬論。農業部於9/6表示，先前發現有洗選蛋廠商未依食藥署規定誤標有效日期。為清查是否還有標示錯誤的蛋品，及洗選蛋品業者刻意違反規定等商業欺詐行為，農業部會跟衛福部和地方政府合作執行聯合稽查，違者一定依法辦理。
