苗栗、台中及北彰化地區維持水情紅燈，但需要再加大節水力道，預計2021年6月起停水時間由每週2天延長8小時，調整為2又3分之1天，停水時間由原訂停水日凌晨0時提前至前1日晚間10時開始、復水時間由0時延後至上午6時。
