大家好 如題所說我是自己的地 蓋透天厝但 因為當時買地的時候不知道有所謂的道路退縮用所以就硬生生地被退了近10坪的地現在房子蓋好了在自己屋旁的地上作車庫(還是自己的地，只是道路退縮用地內)結果就被隔壁鄰居舉報違建現在面臨必須拆除的狀況實在是很生氣所以想說 既然不能蓋水泥圍牆的車(居家修繕 第1頁)

退縮空間如係作為行人通行之用（即依說明一辦理，經土地管理人邀集警察機關、交通機關會勘後認定），視同為道路，準用道路交通管理處罰條例相關規定。
