假的。實際上就只是一個汽車爆衝的事故，汽車撞進去早餐店裡面，並沒有「找不到這一輛肇事的車」。剛好車禍現場有民眾路過，用行車記錄器錄下汽車從巷口暴衝的瞬間，肇事林姓駕駛稱，當時車輛暴衝。
