這不是小事,請不要等閒視之,只要有接觸就有可能違法!
例如看到帥哥、美女、超萌小童等，只要一拍照可能就觸法了!!!!
但是 例如你的目標是艾菲爾鐵塔，現場可能一堆觀光客等，這
是沒問題的!!
但是,若是像是大街上露天咖啡座的客人,只要一拍可能就觸法了!!
但是如果你真的要拍個人，請取得對方同意，最好能簽紙本協議，免得惹禍上身!!!!!

舉凡姓名、地址、電話、名片、電話簿等等，有個人資料的物，都會有問題!
