凡設籍嘉義市的市民憑110年11月1日起嘉義市店家所開立的統一發票，累計滿1000元發票可兌換100元現金，每位市民最多可累計滿5000元發票兌換500元現金。嘉義市府將於11月15日起，在市府一樓大廳辦理兌換事宜，總兌換金額1800萬元，兌完為止。
