中央流行疫情指揮中心澄清，副指揮官陳宗彥是於2021年5月21日記者會中回答媒體，呼籲在戶外用餐的民眾盡量回家用餐，減少被感染可能性，卻被有心人刻意扭曲語意，指揮中心呼籲民眾勿轉傳假訊息以免觸法，也會持續關懷街友。
