雖然不建議加入任何傳銷事業，不過台灣也並沒有參與任何消滅黃種人的生物戰。AIT指出，美國1972年成為「禁止生物武器公約」首批簽署國之一，公約1975年生效，規範簽署國絕不得開發、生產、儲存或以其他方式獲取或保留生物武器，也不得轉讓生物武器，或以各種方式協助、鼓勵、誘使任何單位製造與獲取生物製劑、毒素、武器、設備或運載工具。
