副市長林欽榮中午12點20分便到場坐鎮，長庚醫院醫護人員借用該大樓一樓店面開設3線的PCR檢測流程，幫住戶做檢測，也接受周邊店面工作人員做檢驗，另有2處臨時的社區快篩站，周邊住戶踴躍接受篩檢。
