宏都拉斯白蝙蝠的主食是無花果和其他幾種熱帶水果，白天休息，晚上出來找東西吃，一般來說它們會優先選擇距離自己棲息地最近的果樹取食，沒有的話就會飛遠一點，但白天還會回到原本的棲息地休息。
