運動有助於身體保健,但是否真能延長7年壽命無法證實,畢竟無法比較同一人有走路與未走路壽命之差異。
在歐洲心臟病學會(European Society of Cardiology)發表的新研究發現,定期運動可以增加壽命。
專家建議每個人每天至少都應該走路或慢跑20分鐘,因為久坐的生活形態和飲食改變都會增加心臟病的死亡率。專家說,運動也能改善大腦功能。
高強度間歇訓練才是真正能快速減脂的運動,但走路絕對是加速減重最容易、壓力最少的運動方法。
