高公局表示，約在700公尺外將有「路肩限行小車／禁止變換車道」標誌做分界，行駛路肩車量應繼續行使路肩，並在「路肩通行終點」標誌切入減速車道或出口匝道。違者也可處3000元以上。至於限速60、500公尺前不得駛回主線等規定，將由公警局取締。
