既然沒有林口長庚和天成醫院的人士來說明。我就用簡單的邏輯來判讀：

第一，林口長庚降級轉診到天晟，這是什麼邏輯？這有可能嗎？

第二，文中所載：「龜山，林口長庚及中壢，楊梅天成等4間醫院」拜託，這裡面不是4間醫院，而是只有3間醫院好嗎！
