假的。衛福部回應，外籍人士感染愛滋人數並無增加，105 年僅 37 人。婚姻的成立，需要多重步驟，且除了我國，國外許多先進國家，也提供愛滋治療，疫情也已獲控制。因此，入籍台灣享受免費愛滋醫療的狀況不致發生。
