指揮中心表示，接種疫苗之後，應在接種單位休息並觀察至少30分鐘，身體狀況沒問題後再離開。而對於接種後可能出現反應，指揮中心說明，主要為接種部位疼痛，通常於數天內消失；其他可能反應包含疲倦、頭痛、肌肉痠痛等。
