老花眼是眼睛睫狀肌收縮力量減弱,使眼睛的調節力減弱,通常40歲開始會有100度的老花眼,到了50歲會有200度。臨床上,老花眼的度數都是以這個速度在增加,這是人體自然老化的過程。花生跟紅棗的組合有助於身體健康,讓身體機能變好,但沒辦法延緩老花眼。
