我國當前針對假消息修正的《社維法》部份條文草案，符合當前經合法通知不予移除始裁罰的秩序罰範疇，但是如何以《廣電法》或資通專法，課予社群媒體義務，解決分散式資料、匿名與技術管理問題才是民主國家真正必須面對的主戰場。
