要防止飛沫傳染，其實正確配戴好一個口罩就行，戴兩個口罩並沒有更顯著的加乘效果。在口罩效力上，N95 最佳，其次是不織布口罩、布口罩，最後是聚氨酯口罩（也就是海綿口罩）。
