北市體育局表示，因屬勞務採購形式，在局內絕不可能，若是指同時跟體育局及體育署請款，方式不同也說不通。針對是否有可能用同張發票同時在體育局與體育署請款，羅國偉表示，體育署補助的是賽事權利金，且體育署、體育局編列項目與核銷方式都不同，不會出現這種通吃情況。
