泰國國民如果曾經前往包括我國、中國、香港、澳門及新加坡等已發生社區感染的國家及地區，返回泰國後應該「自我觀察」(self observation)14日。泰國政府的該項公告是呼籲泰國人民做好自主管理，並未限制特定國籍的外國人士入境，也未對我國公民有任何管制。
