要出國玩護照千萬要好好保存，最近有旅客入境泰國曼谷機場，因為護照少了4頁被海關攔下，最後付2500多元泰銖睡機場還被全程監視。領務局也說，護照共51頁缺一不可，另外也不能自行蓋章、撕毀。如果護照有毀損換發會延長審核效期2個月以上，甚至護照效期也會被限制3年以下。

護照條例規定，如果有被撕毀或是塗鴉都不行，旅客也別自行蓋印章，如果內頁有膠帶黏貼，或免稅店訂在上面的訂書針，拆除時有破損都視為毀損，護照總共51頁1頁都不能少，否則海關有權力讓旅客不能入境。
