■部分流感疫苗採雞胚胎蛋培養,的確會含少量雞蛋蛋白質,也因此「對雞蛋過敏者」可否打流感疫苗的確是各方關注的問題。

惟近年來學界與公衛政府機關多有以下共識:

①依據AAAAI(美國過敏氣喘與免疫學會),經十年來大量針對雞蛋過敏者的流感疫苗研究,沒有任何研究指出因注射疫苗導致過敏反應增加(none of those studies reported any increased rate of reaction),推測是因疫苗所含雞蛋蛋白質的量過少,不足以產生過敏反應;也因此其認為,疫苗注射前不須詢問民眾是否對雞蛋過敏。

②美國CDC、我國疾管署大抵皆遵循上述立場,但仍有相關配套:

例如美國CDC針對有嚴重雞蛋過敏者(吃雞蛋導致血管性水腫、呼吸窘迫等症狀者),建議應在醫療院所內、能處理嚴重過敏情形的醫療人員監督下再施打疫苗;我國疾管署也建議若曾因吃雞蛋發生嚴重過敏症狀,接種後觀察30分鐘內無不適症狀再離開。

■至於「海鮮過敏者不應打流感疫苗」、「注射後10天內應多服用維生素C」,迄今(2020年11月)並無足夠科學實證支持此二論點。
