【突發中心╱台北報導】家住台北市文山區的男子仲長海，因被警方認為「疑似」持有槍械，又拒絕攔檢，台北縣市警方竟出動五輛警車及八輛警用機車、二十四名警員跨縣市追捕二十公里。仲最後在北市康定路被圍堵，警方隨即狂開三十三槍將他射成蜂窩格斃。警方稍後清查死者座車，結果並無任何槍械。手無寸鐵的仲長海身中六槍，枉死警方手中。執勤過當包括對空鳴槍，警方這次共開了五十一槍；警方事後指是因獲報仲長海帶槍械又拒捕衝撞警
