■ 瘦肉精的確可促進蛋白質合成,讓動物多長肉、少長脂肪。

■ 但用「豬皮跟瘦肉間的肥肉厚度」作為是否添加瘦肉精的判准並【無】科學根據;且不同部位的豬皮與瘦肉間的厚度皆不相同,不適用此方法判別。
