根據食藥署在105年的檢驗，電子菸裡至少有8成含有具成癮性的尼古丁成分，尤其目前台灣對於電子菸的管制並不全面，導致部分孩童有機會接觸到電子菸，衛福部國健署目前已經將《菸害防制法》修正草案送至行政院，未來將對電子菸進行納管。
