素食不是人人都適宜,不少仿造肉類的素食材,在製作的過程中,已加入大量的油、鹽或糖,再加上廚師烹調時額外加入的油和調味料,實在不適合每天大量食用。重點仍然是飲食均衡。也就是說吃素前要全面瞭解自己的吃素目的和身體情況。也不建議輕信此類以宗教之名警告吃素的言論。
