假的。照片放大擷取原始照片中蔡英文的腳踝處。並以照片中右腳鞋跟，誤導為左腳腳踝處，造成左腳腳踝高於鞋底的錯位感。但完整畫面中，蔡英文都沒有脫鞋動作。這是用私人揣測搭配圖片希望影響輿論的政治宣傳。
